Who We Are

Mitraon Vanasthali Private Limited (MVPL) is a private limited company incorporated in the state of Delhi with the avowed objective of providing strategic collaboration and consultancy in the field of finance, trade and taxation. We are also involved in various turn key projects related to sustainable human resources development especially in the field of skill development, agriculture, education, women empowerment, child health, sustainable development,renewable energy and environment related regulation.

We work as advisors, interim leaders and partners and tell you what you need to know and not what you want to hear.

Our services start, right from the stage of conception of the business to fully fledged establishment and thereafter day to day handholding for compliances including Governmental approvals.

Indirect Taxes

Tax is a mandatory liability for every citizen of the country. There are two types of tax in India i.e. direct and indirect. Taxation in India is rooted from the period of Manu Smriti and Arthasastra.

Direct Taxes
